Title: Actually Up privacy
Actually Up does not collect your data. Nothing leaves your device.
What the app keeps
- Your alarms and their settings.
- Your wake records: the time you got up each day, your streak and your best streak.
These are stored on your iPhone, and on your Apple Watch where the Watch app needs them. We do not receive them.
What the app reads
- Motion and steps. The walk check counts steps with your iPhone or your Apple Watch. The count is used on the device to decide whether the check passed. It is not saved off the device and not sent anywhere.
- The camera, only if you choose the Scan a code check, to read a code you printed. Images are not saved or sent.
- Alarms. The app asks permission to schedule alarms so they can ring on silent and in Focus.
What the app does not do
- No account and no sign-in.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party code that sees your data.
- No sharing or selling of data. We have none.
Sharing a streak card is your choice. The card is an image made on your device, and it goes only where you send it.
Backups: your iPhone may include the app's data in your own iCloud or computer backup. That is controlled by your device settings, not by us.
Children: the app asks nothing about you and collects nothing, so it holds no information about children.
Changes: if this ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page and the version history of the repository will show what changed.
