Open WatchRetro on your Apple Watch, pick a game from the list, choose a difficulty, and start. Most games are controlled with the Digital Crown; some also use a tap or a swipe. There is no Force Touch.
No. WatchRetro runs entirely on the watch and works fully offline — you can play in Airplane Mode. The iPhone companion app is optional and only mirrors your settings and scores.
Every best score is saved on your device. Force-quit and relaunch and your bests are still there. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
